sharana.store is operated by Jagadevappa Shrimanthrao Patil, an online shop selling Kannada books across India from Vijayapura. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices and availability without notice, but an order you have already paid for is honoured at the price you paid.
Orders and payment
Payment is online only (UPI, card, net banking) through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available. An order is confirmed, and an order ID issued, only after payment succeeds. You can track your order with that ID, so please keep it private.
Availability
If a book turns out to be unavailable, we will cancel that order and refund the full amount.
Cancellation, refunds and shipping
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply. Books cannot be returned.
Intellectual property
Book covers, titles and contents belong to their respective authors and publishers. Do not copy them without permission.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for courier or postal delays, incorrect addresses or causes beyond our control. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vijayapura have jurisdiction over any dispute.
